When Insurers Undervalue Claims, We Reset the Numbers.

70%Higher Claims Payouts

On average, our clients recover approximately 70% more than the insurer’s original claim valuation.

Not through exaggeration. Through documentation, policy enforcement, and negotiation that holds carriers accountable.

Average increase based on internal comparisons between insurer initial valuations and final settlements. Individual results vary.

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers for Florida policyholders, from what to do first to what happens if your claim is underpaid.

What does a public adjuster do?
We represent you (the policyholder), not the insurance company. We inspect and document damage, prepare a detailed claim package, handle carrier communications, and negotiate for a fair settlement.
Does it cost anything upfront?
No. There are no upfront fees. We’re paid only if you recover.
Do I still control my claim?
Yes. You stay in charge. We give you options, explain tradeoffs, and act as your advocate. You make the final decisions.
What should I do in the first 24 to 72 hours after a storm?
Make sure everyone is safe, prevent more damage if you can (tarps, drying, shutoff valves), take photos and video, keep receipts, and report the loss to your insurer. Then call us so we can document properly.
What happens after I contact you?
We start with an inspection and a quick fact gathering call. Then we build documentation, submit and organize the claim package, and handle follow ups with the carrier.
What if my claim was denied or underpaid?
We can review the denial or underpayment, re document the loss, and pursue a proper re evaluation when appropriate. In many cases, better documentation and a complete scope changes the outcome.
